At Blendtec, we stand behind the quality of our blenders and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact Customer Support

  Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirm your eligibility for a return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Blendtec blender and all original accessories in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package to our returns facility using a traceable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
